Customer Update: 16th June 2010
Dear Customer,
We wish to advise you that our proactive monitoring service has identified intermittent broadband issues affecting
customers using Eircom Broadband. (also affecting various other broadband suppliers using the Eircom broadband network)
We have contacted Eircom who acknowledged there is a data routing issue this morning.
Reported Services Affected:
• Routing to many websites
• Routing across to the UK
• VPN connections dropping
• Email bounce backs
There is no need to contact us at this stage, as we will continue to monitor the situation and update you accordingly.
