N.B - If you already have your own helpdesk software we can provide you with a simplified solution that will facilitate our co-managed IT support service.


Depending on your requirements your support staff can pass some or all of the support requires directly to our support engineers for resolution.
For example you may need additional support resources during holidays, project work, unplanned leave or perhaps due to an already reduced headcount. Preset workflow rules (ticket idle time etc) can automatically pass the support requests to our engineers.
